These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the PATT mobile application and PATT web platform (together, the “Platform”), including the purchase and management of tickets and free entrances to events published by independent Event Organisers, Clubs and Promoters. 2.1 Company

PATT.CLUB LTD (“PATT”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a company incorporated in England and Wales with registered office at 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. PATT owns and operates the Platform and provides software tools to Event Organisers, Clubs and Promoters to publish events, manage capacity and sell tickets or allocate free entrances.

2.4 Complaints and incidents

Complaints relating to cancellations or substantial modifications of events, quality of the event, denied entry, included drinks or services and any other aspects of the event must be addressed primarily to the Event Organiser. PATT will provide technical assistance and communication tools but is not responsible for how an Event Organiser handles such complaints, except where required by applicable law.
