This document describes our terms and conditions, as well as our policies and procedures on the
collection,
use and disclosure of Your information when You use the Service and tells You
about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You.
We use Your Personal data to provide and improve the Service. By using the
Service, You agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with
this Privacy Policy.
USER AGREEMENT AND CONTENT GUIDELINES:

Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content: You are strictly prohibited
from creating or sharing any objectionable content while using our
Service. This includes, but is not limited to, hate speech, harassment,
explicit content, threats, or any material that violates our community
standards.

respect and courtesy in all interactions, including within group chats.

abusive behavior. Users are encouraged to use this feature to help

By using our Service, you acknowledge that these content guidelines are an

positive and secure environment for all users.
Please be aware that failure to comply with these guidelines may result in the
termination of your account and access to our Service.
TICKET CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS:

Free Entrances:
Users who have obtained free entrances to events through the PATT app are able to cancel their
entry directly via the app at any time prior to the event. This feature ensures flexibility for
users to
manage their attendance, but please note that cancellation may result in the loss of the free
entry,
depending on the availability or restrictions set by the venue.

Paid Entrances:
Non-Refundable Policy: All paid ticket purchases made through the PATT app are
considered final and non-refundable.
Exception for Refund at Venue: Refunds for paid tickets will only be provided by
the venue.
Club's Discretion: The decision to refund or deny entry remains entirely at the
discretion of the venue. PATT is not responsible for refunding any tickets in these cases.
Users are encouraged to review the venue's specific entry requirements and policies to avoid any
issues upon arrival.
SECURITY AND LEGAL RESTRICTIONS:

Hacking Attempts and Unauthorized Access:

Prohibited Activities: Users are strictly prohibited from engaging
in any hacking attempts, unauthorized access, or any other
activities that compromise the security of our Service, other users'
accounts, or our systems.

Legal Consequences: Any unauthorized access or hacking
attempt may result in legal action. We will cooperate with law
enforcement agencies in the investigation and prosecution of such
activities.

Reporting Security Issues: If you discover a security vulnerability
or suspect unauthorized access to our Service, please report it

features of the Service such as the ghost mode available in settings.

servers and/or a Service Provider's server or it may be simply stored on Your

You can enable or disable access to this information at any time, through Your
Device settings.

location using our ghost mode feature or by modifying the permissions settings, and there is no

other contract with Us through the Service.

including the security updates when necessary or reasonable for their implementation.
