TICKET CANCELLATIONS, MODIFICATIONS AND REFUNDS

The following rules apply to tickets and entrances purchased or obtained through the PATT mobile app or web platform and are intended to reflect the consumer protection rules that apply to leisure services with a specific date and time (for example, the EU Consumer Rights Directive as implemented in national law).

These rules are complementary to, and should be read together with, our full Terms and Conditions, as well as any venue‑specific conditions that apply to the event you are attending.

PATT.CLUB LTD owns all intellectual property rights, technology, and products associated with PATT and is responsible for managing and operating the PATT platform (including the PATT mobile app and PATT web platform) in these geographical territories.

Data Controller: For the purposes of applicable data protection laws (including the GDPR and UK GDPR), PATT.CLUB LTD is the data controller for the processing of personal data in connection with the PATT application and web platform.

INTERPRETATION AND DEFINITIONS

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Location Data Retention: We retain your location data only for as long as is necessary to provide the specific service you requested. Once the purpose is fulfilled, the location data is deleted from or irreversibly anonymised on our systems.
