Last updated: November 2025
This document describes our terms and conditions, as well as our policies and procedures on the
collection,
use and disclosure of Your information when You use the Service and tells You
about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You.
We use Your Personal data to provide and improve the Service. By using the
Service, You agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with
this Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy should be read together with our Terms and Conditions and our
Return and Refund Policy, which explain in more detail
how tickets are sold and how cancellations and refunds are handled.
USER AGREEMENT AND CONTENT GUIDELINES:
-
Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content: You are strictly prohibited
from creating or sharing any objectionable content while using our
Service. This includes, but is not limited to, hate speech, harassment,
explicit content, threats, or any material that violates our community
standards.
-
Respectful Behavior: All users are expected to treat each other with
respect and courtesy in all interactions, including within group chats.
Any form of abusive language, bullying, or disruptive behavior will not
be tolerated.
-
Reporting Mechanism: We have implemented reporting mechanisms to
allow users to promptly report any instances of objectionable content or
abusive behavior. Users are encouraged to use this feature to help
maintain a safe and welcoming community.
By using our Service, you acknowledge that these content guidelines are an
integral part of your agreement with us, and we are committed to ensuring a
positive and secure environment for all users.
Please be aware that failure to comply with these guidelines may result in the
termination of your account and access to our Service.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
-
Event Organisers, Clubs and Promoters: These are the independent third parties
responsible for organising events, setting prices, managing access to the venue and providing all
services (including any drinks or extras) purchased by you.
-
PATT as Platform Provider: PATT operates as a software and ticketing platform that
enables Event Organisers, Clubs and Promoters to publish events, manage capacity and sell tickets
or free entrances. PATT is not the organiser of the events and does not participate in their
physical execution.
-
Contracting Party: Unless expressly stated otherwise, the contract for the purchase
of a ticket or entrance is concluded directly between you and the relevant Event Organiser, Club or
Promoter. PATT acts as an intermediary that provides the technological tools and, where applicable,
payment processing services on their behalf.
-
Complaints and Incidents at the Venue: Complaints relating to cancellations,
substantial modifications, quality of the event, included products/services, or denied entry should
be addressed primarily to the Event Organiser, Club or Promoter. PATT will assist with technical
support and communications, but is not responsible for the execution of the event itself.
This allocation of roles also applies to the sections below on ticket cancellations, refunds and
modifications, which must always be interpreted in line with our Terms and Conditions.
TICKET CANCELLATIONS, MODIFICATIONS AND REFUNDS
The following rules apply to tickets and entrances purchased or obtained through the PATT mobile app or
web platform and are intended to reflect the consumer protection rules that apply to leisure services
with a specific date and time (for example, the EU Consumer Rights Directive as implemented in national
law).
-
No Right of Withdrawal for Dated Events:
For tickets and entrances to leisure events that take place on a specific date or during a specific
period, you do not have the standard 14‑day right of withdrawal that may apply to other online
purchases. Once your purchase is confirmed, the ticket cannot be cancelled or exchanged at your
discretion, except in the situations described below or where mandatory consumer law provides
otherwise.
-
Free Entrances:
Users who have obtained free entrances to events through the PATT mobile app or PATT web platform
may cancel their entry directly via the app or website at any time prior to the event, subject to
any restrictions set by the venue. Cancelling a free entrance will generally result in the loss of
that free entrance and it may not be reinstated, depending on availability or venue rules.
-
Total Cancellation of the Event:
If an event is totally cancelled, the Event Organiser, Club or Promoter is responsible for
refunding the ticket price and, where applicable, any management or booking fees, within the
deadlines required by applicable law. PATT provides the technological tools to facilitate these
refunds on behalf of the organiser but is not itself the debtor of the refund.
-
Partial Cancellation:
Where only part of an event is cancelled (for example, a change of area or a removed benefit), the
Event Organiser, Club or Promoter is responsible for any partial refunds that may be due in
accordance with applicable law. PATT may provide technical support to implement such refunds but is
not responsible for the underlying decision.
-
Substantial Modifications:
A substantial modification is a significant change to key elements of the event (such as date, time,
venue or headline act). In such cases, you will have the right to choose between (a) accepting the
modified event or (b) requesting a refund from the Event Organiser, Club or Promoter within the
period communicated to you. PATT will provide the tools to communicate changes and process requests,
but the obligation to refund remains with the organiser.
-
Errors in Price:
If an obvious error in the price or conditions of a ticket is detected, the Event Organiser, Club or
Promoter will inform you as soon as reasonably possible. You may then choose between paying the
corrected price or cancelling the purchase with a full refund. PATT will assist with the technical
aspects of this process but is not responsible for pricing decisions made by organisers.
-
Venue Policies and Right of Admission:
Access to venues is subject to the specific entry requirements and policies of each Event
Organiser, Club or Promoter, including age limits, dress codes and security controls. The decision
to grant or deny entry rests with the venue, provided that applicable anti‑discrimination and
consumer protection laws are respected. PATT is not responsible for such decisions.
These rules are complementary to, and should be read together with, our full Terms and Conditions, as
well as any venue‑specific conditions that apply to the event you are attending.
SECURITY AND LEGAL RESTRICTIONS:
-
Hacking Attempts and Unauthorized Access:
-
Prohibited Activities: Users are strictly prohibited from engaging
in any hacking attempts, unauthorized access, or any other
activities that compromise the security of our Service, other users'
accounts, or our systems.
-
Legal Consequences: Any unauthorized access or hacking
attempt may result in legal action. We will cooperate with law
enforcement agencies in the investigation and prosecution of such
activities.
-
Reporting Security Issues: If you discover a security vulnerability
or suspect unauthorized access to our Service, please report it
immediately to our security team at support@patt.club.
-
Legal Restrictions:
-
Compliance with Applicable Laws: Users of our Service must
comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and legal restrictions,
including but not limited to intellectual property laws, data
protection laws, and laws governing online conduct.
-
Protection of Our Rights: We reserve the right to take legal
action to protect our rights and interests, including but not limited
to seeking remedies for intellectual property violations or other
legal breaches.
-
Data Security:
-
Protecting Your Data: We take data security seriously and
implement measures to protect your personal data from
unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.
-
Encryption: Data transmitted between your device and our
servers is encrypted to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of
your information.
-
Secure Storage: Personal data is securely stored on our servers
and is accessible only by authorized personnel for legitimate
business purposes.
By using our Service, you agree to abide by these security and legal
restrictions. Failure to comply with these provisions may result in legal action
and the termination of your account.
